How to wash cloth nappies 

1. remove inserts from pockets, fasten hook and loop tabs, load the nappies and wetbag into the washing machine.
2. Add a small amount of detergent.
3. Select the shortest wash cycle.

Main wash:
1. If you aren't washing enough nappies to make a nappy 'stew/casserole' consistency in your top loading washing machine, or your front loader isn't 2/3 full wet, you can add other laundry (small items)
2. Add the full recommended amount of detergent for a heavily soiled load.

Larger machines require more detergent.
If you choose a plant based or sensitive detergent, you will need to use up to 2x the amount and wash in hot as these detergents are weaker.

3. Choose the longest wash cycle
4. Don't add any extra rinses

Line, clothes airer or dry in the dryer.
