Shipping and Returns Policy
We want your Booty Toots experience to be a great one!
We are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. If you should experience any issues or faults with the product or you feel that it is not suitable for your baby, please contact us to discuss an exchange, refund or credit. We are happy to replace any faulty items within 60 days of purchase.
Faults with the snap fasteners, elastic, fabric (colour fading, delamination) or sewn seams will be replaced with the same colour or pattern (subject to availability)
Any change of mind returns must be unworn and unwashed. They must be in new condition with no dirt, hair, rips etc. Postage costs for change of mind will be the buyer responsibility!
Booty Toots nappies come with warranty for 1 year from date of purchase which covers stitching and or other similar issues related to manufacturing faults and providing all Clean Cloth Nappies Down Under (CCNDU) washing and care instructions have been followed. This warranty does not cover normal everyday wear and tear of the nappies, fading or leaking issues.
Use of bleach, whiteners, laundry additives, fabric softeners or washing powders with enzymes will void this warranty.
Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and for orders purchased directly through Booty Toots
Lost Or Damaged Goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 working days of placing your order so that we may try to assist you at firstname.lastname@example.org. BootyToots is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by Australia Post when shipping your goods as we are using eParcel you are covered by Australia Post for any loss or damage with sufficient proof. Please retain your original packaging and tracking number in the event you need to lodge a claim with Australia Post directly. You are welcome to alert us that this has occurred so we are aware of the situation.
On the rare occasion a product arrives with a fault please retain your proof of purchase and contact us directly at email@example.com and someone will be in touch to discuss the situation and an exchange or replacement will be arranged. Upon assessment of the item and circumstances a replacement, exchange or refund will be issued at our discretion. You may be required to ship the products to BootyToots for assessment.
Delivery times are normally 1-7 business days from the time of order depending on your location.Shipping is a flat rate of $10.00
